A metal specific polishing cloth can be used to refresh your piece. Precious metals/jewelry pieces can change color over time, especially if left unworn. This is not a manufacturing fault.

All care is taken to send out each piece in perfect condition. Each piece is safely housed in a complimentary jewelry box/pouch.
